Gastronomy Show: 10-14.11

Five days dedicated to gastronomy and flavours. For its 19^th edition, the Bourg-en-Bresse Gastronomy Show, presented by George Blanc, presents the Gastronomic profession. 170 exhibitors, from bakers and confectioners to butchers and caterers, offer demonstrations and tastings. Among the best of the events: the "Grande Cuisine" dinner prepared by chefs of the Club of Cooks of Ain and a demonstration of ice sculpture.
