The Spoutnik movie theatre hosts the Blackmovie Festival. Originally focused on Africa, the «Cinéma des autres mondes»  has opened up its programs - from the 1999 edition onwards - and covers three continents: Asia, Africa and South America. Besides the projections, the Blackmovie Festival also presents Dj/Vj nights and debate evenings.

Le ski sous les étoiles, c’est très tendance. L’Ecole Suisse de Ski et de Snowboard de Villars propose des soirées clair de lune entre caquelon à fondue, danse et chanson villardouse et descente aux flambeaux sans oublier de raconter l’histoire du ski,  des douves de tonneau au carving. A découvrir jusqu’aux premiers jours du mois de mars.

 The fourth kick-off of an event of whimsical diversity. At the venue and on the ski slopes, the festival moves through three stages of ambience, from rock 'n' roll to electronica. Among the novelties of 2007, several clubs and bars in Crans-Montana are organising themed nights to put the public in a festive mood before the event. In addition to the Village Caprices, the Festival's sheltered epicentre, a new cultural hotspot, the the Artic Café, will be open to festival-goers free of charge. Located next to the venue L'Alternative, this bar will be offering nightly performances by cartoonists (organised by the comic-strip festival «Sierre secoue la BD». Not to be missed, the «New Talent Tour», a springboard dedicated to young swiss artistes which halts in five towns of French-speaking Switzerland between the 27st of January and 24rd of February 2007.
