Ardèche celebrates the chestnut: 13.10 - 04.11 |

Roasted or grilled, transformed into a soup or a liqueur; the chestnut is used in all these ways this coming Autumn. The fruit of the «Tree of Bread», which served well in the past to avert famines, has today become a genuine product of the region of Ardèche. The region offers a whole series of events beginning in the beautiful village of Jaujac on the 13th of October and ending at St André Lachamp on the 4th of November.
