This is the restaurant which everybody in Geneva is talking about. Floor, iron work, zinc countertop, the old Carouge bistro has renovated itself stylishly: even the water bottles are designed. An excellent selection of wines, albeit accordingly priced, from which to choose - directly from the cellar (by going through the kitchen) with the help of a wine steward.
