Le Colvert

This terrace, in perfect symbiosis with the lake, is part of a residential area suspended on stilts. Le Colvert is the gastronomic wing of Palafitte, a five-star heritage lake-dwelling built for Expo '02. It offers a tasty regional menu and – Colvert's main attraction – an extraordinary selection of original wines. This place is very popular among the clock-making clientele, Outre-Sarine residents and a few of the nostalgic people from the National Expo.
