 Known for its gentle nature, its docility and resilience, and its assurance when it comes to narrow paths, the donkey is the ideal companion to explore the middle-range mountains and higher pastures. An authority of the Green Valley (la Vallée Verte), Philou is ever ready to take you for a ride as Salève is the kingdom of his two lovely colleagues Naïs and Nougatine. If you are tempted by the banks of the Menoge river, you will be able to explore them in good company as well since the Equestrian Farm of Séchemouille in Villard sur Boëge offers pony rides, another member of the horse family known for its kindness and gentle character.
