ImageOn what do snails feed? Who are their predators or furthermore how do they reproduce? Sebastien, the snail breeder (or «heliciculturist»), will be delighted to present his breeding of «Gros gris» to you, and invite you to taste his extraordinary products. There is his «Escargotine», a snail mousse seasoned with garlic and shallot and also his «Escapéro», to be tasted on a piece of toast. Impossible to resist the aperitif!!!

Until the end of August : guided tours, sampling, sale of products and free activities every Wednesday and Thursday at 5.00pm by registering directly at the farm. Sampling, guided tours and farm sale all year round Monday to Friday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Wednesday from 2:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
