Lavaux Express: off to the vineyard

The small railway train created in 2003 by the Lavaux Express Association in order to visit one of the world's most beautiful vineyards starts up again during the summer. The train, on rubber tyres, composed of a tractor and two coaches able to accommodate up to 34 people, offers an exceptional one hour trip through the impressive terraced vineyards of Lavaux. From June to September, keep an eye out for programmes offering a wine-tasting tour in a cellar each Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
