A 39ha estate (on a total of 80ha), belonging to the Mercier family since 1890, located in the communes of Douvaine, Loisin and Ballaison, and overlooking Lake Léman.
Growing only Chasselas, with a yield of 62 hl/ha, it produces 350,000 bottles. Holder of several awards in different contests from Paris, Province and Brussels.
Crépy wines are particular and quite fine. Pale yellow colour, enjoyable hawthorn scent, strong nut and gun-flint flavour. Ages well without maderizing, and maintains its mellowness.
