The haven of Machilly's gourmets: on the way to raspberry country

She is a native of Gap in the Hautes-Alpes. He comes from Romans in Drôme. From their meeting was born the most delicious of havens for gourmets. Nestling in the village of Machilly, in raspberry country, the restaurant that was completely transformed in 2003, by Florence and Jean-Marie Chanove, gives a place of honour to the produce of the region. And, in summer, that's raspberries, of course, with a menu whose ever-recurrent summer-time theme centres on this small red berry and a cuisine which constantly renews itself with the changing seasons of the year.
